If You Miss Your Appointment by 24 Hours
You will not receive a reimbursement if you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the appointment; your cancellation will be considered a full fee. We want you to know that every booking is important to us and our team of expert cleaners.
When Cancelling Within 48 Hours or Less
Your booking amount will be reimbursed in the form of credit if you cancel the reservation within 48 hours or sooner. Anytime you like, you may use the credit to pay for our services.
When Cancelling Within 48 Hours
A full and immediate refund of your booking fee is available if you decide to cancel the reservation before 48 hours have passed.
